I think this is great advise. She's giving us advice on how to love life an everyone. Also she said that we have to love yourself before loving anyone else and that's amazing and cute.
I enjoyed getting hearing her advice. By being healthy, you life becomes so much easier. Overall, this was very well edited and I loved watching your mom!
